Alright. Before we can have a vote, we have to suggest people for COTM. =3
COTM means Character of the Month, in case you're wondering.
A COTM should be an interesting character. Original. Make you laugh or smile? Nice to be around, interesting to read about? It's up to you, really. If you suggest one, it's in the ballot for the month. =3 No arguments.
